I am a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with 12 years of experience in the power distribution industry. I have expertise in Grid Digitization, planning and executing network augmentation, network operations, and energy accounting for loss reduction. Currently, I am working as a Senior Manager - Grid Digitization, at Panitek Power, Where I am looking for LV digitization (Realtime monitoring of LV network) of Power distribution utilities and BESS operations.Prior to this, I worked as an Executive Engineer at Malegaon Power Supply Limited, a CESC Company, where I was responsible for analyzing system meters, planning and maintaining 33 KV & 11 KV network DTR/PTR and feeders, and executing system augmentation works to meet load growth.Prior to MPSL I worked with BSES Rajdhani Power Limited in various roles, including Manager and Assistant Manager. In my previous roles, I successfully led teams for day-to-day routine maintenance work, developed strategies for loss reduction, assessed the distribution network for vulnerability to power theft, and coordinated with civic agencies for timely execution of work.I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Integral University, Lucknow. I am also certified in Renewable Energy Development, including Grid Integration and Energy Storage System from CBIP (Central Board of Irrigation and Power) and have completed the Smart Grid Foundation Course from India Smart Grid Forum.My experience in the power distribution industry has helped me develop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the sector, and I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to address these challenges. I am committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring the functionality and efficiency of power distribution networks.
