Experience in DCS/IPS&FGS /PLC based projects. Possess good knowledge of P&ID s, functional logic diagrams, loop schematics, loop wiring diagrams etc.Review the Instrument Vendor drawings, Orifice Plate, System cabinets and Control room equipment and panel general arrangement drawings. Review instrument data sheets, DCS-input/output (I/O) list, Control Schemes, Logic and sequence diagram, Loop diagram, Alarm & Trip setting data sheets.Review the instrument cable block diagram, power distribution scheme, control room layout, cable entry and MCT details, instrument location layout and air piping layout, cable routing drawing and earthling layout, instrument hook-ups, instrument installation details, instrument fabrication details, instrument MTO, Junction Box schedule, Junction Box layout & terminal details, interconnection diagram, cable ladder & support details, cable schedule. Well conversant with PDO permit to work and HSE systemTo witness and/or verify all Instrument system completion activities.Responsible for preparing pre-commissioning/Commissioning reports and obtain approval from client.Following of Specification & Standards, Quality System Documents, Drawings, Site Instructions etc., for all Commissioning, pre-commissioning  and testing worksRaising Concern and Site Query to C&A Engineering Team.Preparation of loop checking, logic checking, function checking, commissioning of DCS, ESD, PLC and FGS.Carrying out responsibilities like planning job as per the quality requirement, manpower handling Ensuring installation, workshop calibrations, receiving inspections, logic implementations at site are carried out as per approved for construction drawings, Quality Plans etc., in close coordination with Customer.Liaises with the Subcontractor for the execution of the commissioning activities (in particular instrumentation related systems and packages)Prepare all the associated documentation for Commissioning activities and follow up in the completion data base.Ensure that the works proceed in conformity with the schedule and report any deviation to the Process Instrument Commissioning Lead Engineer.Maintain a comprehensive log of activities and report progress to the Process Instrument Commissioning Lead Engineer.
