Thirty eight years’ experience with reputed organizations. • 33 years in offshore & onshore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery projects – mainly in Project & Construction Quality mangement, Fabrication, installation & commissioning of Offshore platrforms, Oil storage tanks, equipment and related process and utility piping, Cross country and Submarine pipelines, execution to project/ client specifications and various ASME, ANSI, API, AWS codes. Additional responsibility of Offshore projects’ management during fabrication and installation to ONGC for 7 years and QGPC, Qatar 2 years. Also completed 3 years as Project Manager of Offshore Platforms’ Modification and took over as Head QA, Welding QC. 2011 moved to Abu Dhabi as Vice President QA/QC for EPC projects of MEA CIS regional Head Office of Punj Lloyd Ltd. For Bidding of new projects and Quality management of existing and new projects in the region. 2012 to 2015 with Petrofac International Ltd. as PQM for 4 b USD offshore mega EPC Project in UAE for Exxon mobil-Zadco. 2015 to 2019 as PQM with NPCC Abu Dhabi for multiple offshore oil and gas EPC projects.• 5 years in Inspection at source and certification for Petroleum & Petrochemical and process industries of Steel Pipes, castings, forgings, rolled and Engineering products e.g. valves & hoses, Unfired pressure vessels & heat exchangers (including repair), Conveyor Belting, Fabricated large components for Electrostatic precipitators and furnaces etc. to National/ International codes and clients’ proprietary specifications. The offshore campaign was stopped due to fire on Platform. •

Principal Quality EngineerCairn Energy India Pty Ltd Jan 2001 - Sep 2003Technical Integrity and Certification Management of Cambay Basin Oil & Gas Filed Development Projects. 2 offshore platforms, 34 Km of 24” Gas Pipeline offshore construction was completed by Hyundai Heavy Industries, and certified through ABSIV in Lakshmi Gas Field off West Coast of India. The onshore terminal work was completed by EPIC contractor Clough Offshore with final certification by ABSIV. Before leaving Cairn, ground work was done on Development of Gauri Field offshore platform & submarine pipeline, and Lakshmi oil development.

Gas Compressor Upgrade (including New Dry Seals, rotor & control system upgardes), 2- Phase separation to 3-phase Separation of Wellfluids – modifying separators in situ, Overhaul of Shutdown, Drains & Instrumentation Control Systems to provide latest SMART instruments as per Lord Cullen Report (Post Piper Alfa accident, UK Offshore), New processing facilities and modification of existing facilites, Overhaul of existing production facilites and sturctures to cover all Plant Change Requests of 3 previous years incluidng design, procurement & construction under shutdown Design modifications during projects due to plant changes without as builts Completion of in situ changes during installation period ( plant under shutdown) as per production staff’s preference Management of all offshore personnel, coordination with Production, Planning, Maintenance, Safety, QA/ QC, etc. departments for various approvals and logistics Closing all Punch list itmes where work could be accomplished without major shutdown, and As-built Records (FIRST time in QP) prepared with Production’s concurrence -
