Global Custody Reconciliation• Heading a Team of 10 members for Daily Reconciliation.• Daily Audit of Cash & Stock reconciliation for funds handled by Mumbai Team.• Preparing of Weekly & Monthly MIS Report.• Training new team members• Accounting & Reconciliation of Cash & Stock, Investigating on discrepancies, taking necessary actions, liason with other areas of the bank and the investment clients to ensure timely resolution & escalation of queries

• Reconciliation for all the ATM’s of Branches & Off-site ATM’s on Daily basis.• Handled the Retrieval-Desk for the Internal Services.Retrievals of various documents from the archival agency,Follow-up with the queries raised by Branches, Phone banking,Resolved the queries within the stipulated time.• Verifications of the Account Opening Forms.Individual, Corporate Customers, Partnership Firms, HUF’sLoan of Finance against Shares (FAS) Forms,Documentations of Accounting Opening Forms,• Checking the voucher of each & every transaction whether processed as perBanking regulation specified by bank.
