1. Overall responsible for end to end finance and commercial function, managing turnover of INR 2000 crores per annum2. Leading Finance, Accounts and Commercial team of 20 executives

1. Leading F & A team of 15 executives and providing support to CEO and Core Management Team. 2. Advise the CEO and other executives on the financial implication and risks related to key issues and important strategic decisions.3. Oversee Annual Business planning and budgeting process, develop and implement financial strategies and action plans to achieve financial objectives set in the budget.4. Evaluate and potentially redesign the Company’s Risk Management, financial accounting and reporting process and supporting systems.5. Oversee the full array of financial functions including taxation, treasury, working capital management, financial planning and MIS and Audit.6. Overall responsibility of ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory laws and ensure internal compliance of all policies and procedures laid out in the Company.

• Oversee the approval and processing of Revenue and Capital Expenditure.• Ensure monthly closure of accounts within 5th of next month.• Provide timely and relevant financial analysis (MIS) to management team.• Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audits.• Drive Cost Control Initiatives and enforce budget control to improve cost efficiencies.• Ensure and monitor implementation of internal control recommendations as put forth by Internal Control team.• Ensure compliance of VAT (Multiple states) and Service Tax in areas of full utilization of all available credits, timely discharge of tax liability; ensure submission of returns and completion of assessments. • Prepare Strategic Budget, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly forecasts.• Ensure Deployment of surplus funds in consultation with Corporate Treasury.• Coordinate with Commercial Contracts for Contract Finalization, Claims Settlement.• Assess Working Capital Requirements post AOP and establish line of credit with Banks. • Negotiate Credit Limits for Import of Capital Equipment.• Follow up for timely collection of receivables.• Assist Contracts Department in Vendor Development.• Assist the business heads in implementing approved financial and business plans.• Ensure that the Company assets are fully covered under Insurance.
