Conduct audits at the client's premises and involves a full analysis of management accounts and business systems by interviewing the owners/management/representative to obtain all required information for the survey report. Closely interact with factoring operations and debtor relationship team to obtain information on the performance of existing factoring portfolio. Update such information in the periodic report. Prepare factoring survey reports as per Bank’s requirements on quarterly, semi-annually and annual frequency and share with all internal stakeholders. Laisse with the associated insurance company for insurance credit limit approval for the buyer under non-recourse factoring. Ensure that insurance premium payments and turnover declarations have been complied by clients w.r.t. credit insurance policies assigned to the bank. Ensure that all credit limits are live and active w.r.t. credit insurance policies assigned to the bank Laisse with trade managers and provide assistance in preparing factoring clearance sheet. Interact with internal stakeholders to resolve queries on the submitted reports.
