▪Built a CICD pipeline using GitHub, AWS Codepipline and AWS Codebuild. This allowed the automation of data ingestion into the customer’s workspace and allowed greater transparency into their enterprise architecture.▪ Worked on CICD connector’s REST point using python and shell script. This converted the uploaded yaml and metadata file into a JSON file and helped customers gain knowledge about their deployments.▪Was responsible for the Microservice Intelligence product space and assisted customers with their DevOps needs.▪Helped build customer integration (Travis-Ci) with the Leanix platform and helped develop the product further.▪Improved internal documentation and educated CSM’s to help the product grow.

Endurance International group primarily works in the hosting business. My work here primarily involved ▪ Responsible for monitoring, development and debugging of user’s website.▪ Worked closely with the development teams in an agile setting to ensure changes are delivered and support issues are addressed▪ Identified server, cPanel and DNS issues and worked towards troubleshooting the issues.▪ Linux administration and server administration▪ Helped improve the overall efficiency of troubleshooting customer issues by 5%.
