Current Approximately 9+ yrs of experience in Telecom domain including Pre Sales for CEM (OSS NetAct) as a Solution Manager role and handling a Team size of 15 people. And 5 Years of IT experience in writing test plan, test case documents and executing different test cycles in telecom/NMS projects.And 2+ years experience in leading test team, size ranging from 6 to 10 team members. Experience in resource planning, good knowledge on OSS architecture, interfaces both Southbound and Northbound interface and various OSS portfolio like license management, certificates, credentials, authentication, access logging, software deployment, UI framework, scheduling, process supervision, J2EE, JBI, J2SE, PERL, OSI connectivity, CORBA, file system, directory server and database logging, OSS application, GUIS and OSS dimensioning based on 2G, 3G, Core (CS , PS & IMS) and LTE networks. Supporting customer queries based on OSS (NetAct) and global installation of NSN OSS globally, green field solution, expansion, migration and upgrades. Good exposure on Unix/Linux, HP Blade BL 460 G6 servers, EMC CX4-120 and VNX storage solution. Good hands on OSS troubleshooting based on Linux operating system, EMC storage, GUIS, LinAS based application. Excellent knowledge in Telecoms and Datacoms standards like TMS and eTOM model. Domain expert knowledge in OSS - FCAPS. ,Configuration and Service Inventory Management,Service Provisioning and Activation,Solution Architecting exp in GPON/BPON solutions for a big operators. Excellent knowledge of Unix, HP Blader servers, EMC, Linux X86 Operating system, SQL.
