Job Responsibility:Review Customer specifications/requirements, Responsible for Product Quality for Units & Modules of Low Voltage Power Supply (LVPS) & Automatic Flight Control System (AFCS), Monitoring and Inspection of production processes, Evaluating final output of products, Responsible for On-Quality Delivery (OQD) & On-Time Delivery (OTD), QMS Implementation, ISO 9001:2015 & AS 9100 Audits, Co-ordinate with Customer for Product improvement, Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA), Machine Measuring Equipment (MME), Training and managing a team of quality control Engineers & Technicians, Knowledge about standards IPC-A-610 & ANSI/ESD-20.20, Knowledge about 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, PDCA & PDSA.
