My responsibilities are to execute the projects assigned by my internal clients within the period and budget ensuring top quality fieldwork by fulfilling all the norms of Market Research.To continuously recruit, train and develop team of interviewers. Regular team development is top priority, by regular interaction and workshop under the guidance of seniors. Some of interviewers developed by me are working as supervisors and Executives.Ability to manage/shortlist right kind of interviewers for the right kinds of project.Ability to mobilize team in short notices to catch the client's needs.Responsible for a ll B2B, CATI and CAPI and web based panel interviews.
