Worked in as F&B Supervisor & Nasimi Restaurant& Beach in Atlantis the Palm Hotel in Dubai. As a part of a team my main responsibilities includes are:• Report to Restaurant manager & Operation manager while on duty.• Responsible for maintaining & implementing of set standard operating procedure for smooth function(with co-ordination of my immediate managers)• Responsible for maintaining ISO standards in the outlet for ISO (22000 & 9001) in accordance with Dubai municipality.• Involving in departmental training related to customs emotional connection which helps us to understand the standards of LQA & IFH also JD POWER in terms of standard.• Communicate details of complaints or issues that could result in complaints, loss of business, productivity or profit to the Outlet Manager.• Handles customer queries and complaints relating to Food and Beverage.• Organizing regular monthly training of team member. • Consistently provided friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality• Listening to customers' complaints is another function; these must be handled with diplomacy and tact. • Ensuring that quality standards should maintain.• Responsible for maintaining bar stock, inventory & the area clean.
