Monitor, measure and reports on production related process performance general issues. Work closely with other shift lineleader to ensure production handover are smooth with effective communication tools. Responsible for production floor environment upkeeping, 5's Activities. Technical experience in Electronics manufacturing & Assembly industries or repaire services. Hand-on experience to achieve production & Quality targets in shift operations & manpower control.
