1. Front-leading the Power & Steel Division with a turnover of over INR 600 crores entailing EPC business of T & D and substations business across India / overseas and the seven steel fabrication plant across India having a capacity of more than 60000MT per year, managing a team of 18 members2. Devising projected cash flow on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to present to higher management as well as formulating regulation on site Imprest, site expenses, inventory control & contractor’s payment3. Adhering to IND AS & Indian GAAP to devise, consolidate & finalize books of accounts4. Supervising Banks Reconciliation Statements, Fixed Assets Register and Stock Valuation5. Compiling all indirect & direct taxation payments pertaining to GST, Income Tax, Excise, Customs, Service Tax & VAT6. Administering timely filing of GST, TDS and other returns7. Managing operations of service/sales tax audit/preventive and CAG inspection; administering sales tax / service tax matters till assessment in 23 states across India8. Heading claiming refund & rebate of excise duty for exports; supervising insurance portfolio of the company9. Leading finance functions like LC/BG/CC and formulating DP statement & QIS report10. Spearheading entire functions of finance & accounting functions, financial and commercial strategies, cash flow and funding requirement, financial reporting optimal capital structure and risk management11. Formulating financial and business strategies to support the group vision and ensuring execution of strategic plans12. Maintaining stable cash flow management by managing cash flow and funding requirement for the company13. Monitoring cost of funds, optimal capital structure and determining the appropriate capital structure & sources14. Directing operations entailing financial analysis, internal & regulatory reporting, accounting operations, budgeting & forecasting leading to long-term improvements in cost savings, profitability & productivity
