As the Global HR Leader for my SBU which has an employee base of 4000 employees spread across Americas, EMEA and APAC, I am responsible for designing people strategy and executing it consistently across all regions, through a team of HRBPs and CoEs.

As the global HR leader for Ansys Field Engineering Services (comprised of more than one-fourth of overall company), I set strategy and execute people programs of global scale, working alongwith country HR teams and Centre's of Excellence.

★ Business Partner to the executive leadership (CRO, CFO, CTO and CLO) ★ Directed Human Resources worldwide for the Sales and Marketing, Finance, Legal, and M&A, working with cross functional, internationally dispersed teams in a complex, global, matrix environment.★ Developed HR strategies and roadmaps that transformed the sales organization and repositioned the company as a premier provider of Print and Packaging technologies.★ Recruited executives to fill leadership roles in the United States, China, India, and Singapore. Directs succession planning, talent acquisition and a High Potential program to evolve top performers into the next generation of business leaders.★ Improved the effectiveness of the sales force by accelerating training and accreditation in all new products and solutions.★ Led the location optimization project of corporate finance team, moving roles and resources from high cost to low cost locations, with minimal disruption to the business, resulting in substantial recurring savings.

Led the design and implementation of all Talent Management programs globally for EFI.

★ Member of APAC Leadership team★ Led Human Resources supporting operations throughout India, Japan, Hong, China, Singapore, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.★ Managed 9 direct reports in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and various HR business partners across APAC.★ Hired strong management and engineering candidates from top schools to improve the productivity of India center operations, achieving more than 100% growth in four years.★ Transitioned India operations from a product maintenance organization to product development, then to product innovation.★ Established EFI offices throughout the region to improve service to customers who had been supported by distributors and manufacturer’s representatives.★ Influenced the transition of talent from high-cost countries to lower-cost countries to improve profits.

★ Member of the Country Leadership Team and APAC HR Leadership Team for SAP.★ Supervised a 8-person team developing and executing HR strategy and recruitment for Sales organization throughout India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.★ Defined frameworks for workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, and employer branding.★ Joined SAP Labs, India as HR Manager and got promoted Head -HR for SAP India, which is the commercial organization of SAP in India sub continent.

★ PartyGaming/ BWIN was the world's largest online gaming company.★ I was responsible for creating all the business critical HR Functions, in a compressed time frame, preparing the parent PartyGaming for successful listing on London Stock Exchange in Oct 2005.

★ Led Organization Capability building initiatives at its manufacturing plant in Pune, creating an environment where our organization remained labor union-free in the midst of highly volatile and unionized industrial environment.
