- Program Management activities for Product Line Development for Cargo and Construction vehicles- Monthly gateway plan tracker management based on Apex, PLC, PC & PRC review plan.- Ensuring Program Adherence to the SOP, milestones, PDSR and gateway review governance structure- Verify deliverables from stakeholders (Market Input, DR Maturity, Facility, Quality, Testing and Validations, PO batch and Launch) for gateway readiness.- Monthly Business Score Card tracking and reporting the performance and Audit Co-ordination- New generation (Gen4) Process establishment through digitisation- Provide Business Requirement Document to Digital Solution Team and give feedback- Co-ordination for online systems - Resolve all the issues raised in digital platforms like ProNext ,Pfirst, VPD etc.- Test the online systems modules (Capacity Resource Planning, Unified Project List etc.) and approve for modules launch- PMO documentation and tracking (Issue Tracker, Design Release Tracker, New Model Readiness, Engineering Sign Off tracker)- Internal / External Audit Assessment, Technical Standard document preparation and management- Monitoring timeline for Part development from Part release till PPAP for critical and regulation projects.- Organize and drive Product Line Steering committee review and other key meetings.

New Product Introduction:- Support launch team right from part development till vehicle rolling and booking (e.g. Tata Signa, Tata Prima etc.).- Study of delta (changes) for proto vehicle build up with respect to production.- Proto building with tooled up parts, tool trials and rollout of first batch from assembly Line - Preparation of critical issues during rollout of 1st PO batch and communicate with stake holder for proactive solutions.- Monitoring all critical issues and closure actions in subsequent 5 vehicles- Clearance of Vehicles through various quality gateways till dispatch- Collaboration with all stake holder during the final joint inspection of vehicle before dispatchTeardown and Benchmarking:- Lead the Teardown and Benchmarking activities for Mahindra and Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz & Tata Motors models (e.g. Truck, Tipper & Tractor 28 Tonnage to 55 Tonnage Vehicle).- Mapping of more than 40,000 data points and 100 Parameters per part while comparing and maintaining product hierarchy levels (Aggregates and Parts).- Creation of key checklists for value addition and analysis like Technical Spec of competitor vehicle, Utility space checklist, Serviceability part checklist etc.- Features comparison and visual report generation of all product assemblies and their child parts- Assessment of technical parameters through DFM/DFA to find out causes of weight difference between the two models.- Schematics and circuit diagrams comparison for every aggregate product/platform architecture.- Statistical Analysis Report (Weight, Material, Part quantity & Part type distribution).- Organize training and idea generation workshop for to tore down parts with the help of classical VAVE methodology.- Compare aggregates and parts cost based on Best of Best logics and present to management.- Compilation of all the cost and weight reduction ideas to help vehicle integration team (ERC)

- Aggregate wise assembly analysis in Teamcenter and create DMUs.- Study DFM & DFA for initial design release share valuable feedback to concerns team.- Analysis of Vehicle M-BOM and share the Non-Conforming points to design team for correction.- Validation and Rectification of critical Issues in DR stages with an intent to eliminate rework, additional costing & extended time frame for smooth vehicle Productionisation.- BOM Compliance creation/analysis, critical part identification for SOR (Statement of Requirement) request.- Ensure flawless launch by digitally addressing the “Manufacturability / assembly feasibility potential issues” and considering all aspects necessary for process Quality and process consistency during product design phase.- Solution for potential design/manufacturing issues at DR Gateways through Digital Applications (Teamcenter)- Issues registration and management on digital portal and follow up.

- Planning and Quality on various projects (Ship Engine Parts, Automotive Parts, Precise Instruments Parts etc)- Cross functional collaboration for Planning and Quality, handled clients like Siemens, ManDiesel, Endress+Hauser, Varroc etc.- Quality Inspection (Inward and Final), Handling In-Process inspection on the production line.- Maintain Quality Record as per ISO 9001-2008- Facility planning with respect to the design changes in the Product.- Equipment inspection as per fabrication drawings making necessary updates in model.- Periodic calibration of quality instruments as per the standards- Preparation of Forward Quality Planning for new components based on customer feedback- Handling Internal/External Audit as per ISO standard as well customer specification requirement- Analyse the product complaints from the customer and providing CAPA for them.- Vendor Quality and development (On-site audit at Vendors and suppliers)
