Gail Global (USA) LNG LLC ("GULL"), a Delaware LLC, entered into a terminal service agreement for 2.3 MMTPA capacity for 20 year term commencing on the in-service date of the LNG liquefaction terminal, along with gas sale and purchase agreement for 20 year's term.

SEAGP has been incorporated in Hong Kong to transport natural gas produced from A1 & A3 blocks of Myanmar. GAIL holds 8.5% participating interest in A1 & A3 blocks. GAIL is also a shareholder in SEAGP along with CNPC, POSCO International, MOGE ONGC Nile Ganga B.V. and KG-SEAGP Company Limited.

GAIL is the Government of India's nominee in the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) natural gas project to import gas from Turkmenistan. TAPI Pipeline Company Limited has been incorporated to build, own, and operate the TAPI Pipeline. The project is currently under pre-FID stage.

To foray into shipping business, GAIL acquired 26% equity share in LNG Japonica Shipping Corporation Limited. This is a strategic acquire to strengthen GAIL's presence over LNG value chain. LNG Japonica is promoted by M.O.L, a pioneer in LNG shipping business.

Delhi, India

OPaL, a JV promoted by ONGC, GAIL and GSPC, has commissioned a green field petrochemical plant at Dahej, Gujarat with a capacity to produce 1.4 MMTPA of polymers (PE / PP). Hon’ble Prime Minister dedicated the plant to the Nation on 7th March 2017.

KLL owns and operates 5 MMTPA capacity LNG Regas Terminal in Dabhol, Maharashtra. Post approval of demerger scheme of RGPPL, LNG business was transferred to KLL in March 2018. In February 2021, GAIL swapped its equity in RGPPL with NTPC’s equity in KLL. Currently, GAIL has 92.15% shareholding in KLL.
