Client: New York State Information Technology Solutions (NYS ITS)Public Safety Cluster ( New York State Police, Division of Criminal Justice Services, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, Department of Corrections and Community Supervision)Led the application development team through the different SDLC phases for the project DOCCS Sex Offender Registry (SOR) - converting existing paper based process of DOCCS Sex Offender Registry (SOR) to electronic format by designing and implementing an application on Integrated Justice Portal (IJ Portal) for electronic registration (eReg) and electronic change of address (eCOA).Technical team lead for the effort of implementing and delivery of Amber Alert system for NYSP on Integrated Justice Portal to replace legacy amber application. Amber Alert – is an early warning system to help find abducted children. As part of it, automated email, text and inbox notifications to different law enforcement and public facing agencies for quick and efficient dissemination of the critical information. Integrated the newly created application with NY.gov website and NY Alert to seamlessly disseminate all the critical information.Successfully designed, developed and delivered Enhanced Hit Notices application. Enhanced Hit Notices – is an effort to follow up on arrest notifications sent to Civil contributors. DCJS will send a new notification to the civil contributor of a final disposition received from OCA for any person that a civil arrest notification was disseminated. As part of New York Statewide Police Information Network worked extensively on multiple projects of application development and enhancement and maintenance and production support such as Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP), Wanted & Missing web services, Monthly Validation Purge (MVP), Orders of Protection NY Alert (OOP).
