Executive professional at work and farmer at heart. In professional capacity, I am the Managing Director of Documentations – Concessionaire Xerox India Ltd. (established in 1994). While I have been treading in my professional path,I have stayed connected to my roots spending time on our agricultural farms in and around Allahabad. Bringing together my passion for nature, my vision of a perfect agrarian-society and the entrepreneurial spirit ,my agricultural farm is a centre of agrarian and animal husbandry activities, as well as research and experiments of affordable methods of cropping. The farm also serves as a centre of skill development and welfare activities for the residents of not only the concerned village but the nearby villages as well.Apart from my professional pursuits, I am also passionate about theatre. I am an eminent Theatre Personality—actor, director and writer— have won several awards at national and international level. Blending passion with profession and stage with boardroom ,I have developed several out-of-the-box modules and workshops actively using theatre techniques at workplace—Learning through Theatre. I am zealous about grooming people through theatrical platforms to bring out the potential hiding in many people.My mission is to change the complete mind set of Professionals to make them Powerful Influencers. My programs focus on the 'Inner' mind set and the 'Outer' skill integrated beautifully to make sessions a powerful experience for all.
