Responsible for managing and maintaining various Radio & IT Network Performance and Monitoring tools like Netboss XT, Netboss PM, Huawei U2020, Ericsson SO EM, SIAE NMS, Openware EMAPs, BMC Remedy, etc.

• Accountable for defining Performance Statistical Alarms in various OSS systems• Carried out the preventive maintenance and System administration tasks of various OSS systems part of Network Operations Centre• Looked after the CSR / Electra Case / TR escalation and follow up• Conducted first line troubleshooting / system logs collection for CSR support• Coordinated and assisted in system upgrades / patch updates of various systems managed by NOC• Developed MML scripts for integrating new cells and checking clear codes to ensure network health.
