Making products is Self Adhesive PVC Insulation Electrical Steelgrip Tapes with 06 colours, ( Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, Black and white), and also different size 2.5mtr. , 6.5mtr. , 08mtr. , 9.14 mtr. , 13mtr. , and also 20mtr. ( As per Domestic and Export order).Roles & Responsibility: -Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR and other delivery.Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.Buildup and maintain a trusting relationship with employees.Communicate with employees about performance expectations.Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis & Give useful feedback to employees.Ensure smooth daily operations with maximum production efficiency.Efficient handling of Manpower and its related Planning & scheduling.Shift supervision operations and also manpower deployment.Maintain and monitoring always discipline in shop floor. Maintain MIS reports, productivity report. Breakdown Resolution and also Breakdown notification generate in SAP system.Maintain and monitor safety parameters Maintain 5S activities and encourage operator and worker for carrying out 5S. Maintain breakdown summary and analyze the process breakdown. Analysis of plan vs actual, Variance Report and Yield Losses and take action to reduce the same. Regular training related to SOP, safety culture, quality and refresher training to existing manpower. Ensure day wise CLITA activities for maximum output and minimize the machine breakdown.

Four-year experience as an Assistant Engineer (Production) Assembly Department at TRADING ENGINEER INTERNATIONAL LTD. Sikandarpur, Bhagwanpur, Roorkee from 2011 to 2015. (The manufacturing deferent type model of Silent Power D.G. Set from 5 K.V.A. to 600 K.V.A. supplying to VODAFONE, BSNL, TATA TELE, AIRCEL, AIRTEL, IDEA, DEFENCE & Export to the Abroad.)
