i started my International exposure with very experienced company Princess Cruises which is connected with Holland America group and comes under flagship of Carnival.i started by january 2020 and worked in Main kitchen in Grill section for Steaks and other all meats. Apart from that i also worked during breakfast on Egg section. I have experience of breakfast setup and handling, counter line setup.

Roseate house is a 5 star luxury hotel with 216 rooms property. i started working there by July 2017. I was working there as Commis chef in Continental section for first one year. The work experience was very good. I learned so many things there. The shifts was fluctuated. i have done all types of shift there. After one year i got my rotation in Cold section so i worked in Garde manger and Pantry.
