• Manage a team of AP apart from processing in the hour of need• Manage incoming queries & invoice processing• Handle vendor master maintenance• Liaise with onshore teams in order to resolve outstanding issues/ invoices• Diverse activities related to supplier invoices and dealing with supplier queries• Prepare and provide Reports to the client as per the agreed frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)• Analyze and assists associates with their workload• Regularly reviews the performance with the team• Always open to work under strict deadline and target oriented environment.• Work with Quality team to perform accuracy audits & bridge knowledge related issues, SOP Review Update and validation

• Invoice Processing- PR - PO Activities, Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, Review purchase requisitions & orders, PO and non PO base, Internal Voucher, one time payment • Help Desk- Email response for vendor payment related queries • Vendor Master- Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup, respond to queries from internal stakeholders and external supplier s daily• Travel and expenses- responsible for Auditing expense reports, Fraud investigation and ensure T&E settlements with proper check• Developing and maintaining process maps and supporting documentation -Driving 100% SOP Proof Environment, Preparing tracker for high $ volume audit Control Log, Process Dashboard
