• Build and execute strategic business development initiatives to rapidly grow the company’s OEM. KA Build & system technology OEM businesses.• Prepare the annual sales & purchasing budget customer wise based on specific business objectives for HAWE SE. Review and roll out action plans during quarterly, monthly forecasts to achieve the set targets.• Profitably manage and grow sales at both existing and new OEM accounts in the strategic platforms of HAWE SE.• Develop and profitably grow system technology sales with OEM’s manufacturing equipment for construction and infrastructure industry.• Commercial and technical processes management starting with generation of the enquiry till the contract is executed.• To build excellent professional relationships with key personnel across functions at our key OEM customers.• Engineering processes management till series production supply covering application engineering, product homologation, product engineering and product development.• Operational excellence through continual improvement in Sales and Marketing processes.• Complaint resolution is the key to customer satisfaction and to improve CSI in this aspect.
