I founded and successfully exited a supply chain consulting firm and love being an early-stage investor at fast growing and innovative companies where I can make an impact.I have founded my next venture Source International FZCO and looking to be a differentiator amongst already flooded markets place. I'm a General Manager and operating executive for growing companies across Food Distribution, Manufacturing, QSR and FMCG sectors. I love change management, turnarounds and strategically fixing problems and fueling growth by keeping supply chain at its core. I love balancing the two sides of every business equation (supply and demand) - creating demand and making it rain through sales and business development, and also driving excellence in operations/fulfillment.I have extensive experience working on agile supply chain, global sourcing , managing cashflows and optimizing pricing, costs and revenues.Fast forward to the present - my passion is to make a visible difference through supply chain innovations in a market which is prone to disruptions. I strongly believe that “People aligned in their efforts make extraordinary teams”. Using my interpersonal skills - cutting across geographies and cultures - I have always been able to achieve great results in all the organizations I have worked so far.
