Product Management and Marketing in DuPont’s Fluorine Enterprise Businesses.Provided Technology Leadership at the customer interface, the manufacturing interface and in Central R&D. Lead team to win business at one of the world’s largest users of Fluoropolymer resins with a 10 year history of buying from DUPONT’s competitors. Five years later this customer was one DUPONT’s top 3 accounts for the resin. Led a rapid deployment team to successfully capture a spot opportunity in the data communications market bringing $25MM in revenues and $15MM in PTOI in one year. Successfully drove enforcement efforts to remedy intellectual property infringement on one of the most important patents in the DUPONT fluoroenterprise IP portfolio. Launched aggressive marketing campaign for new non CFC refrigerant products. Sales grew from $57 million in ‘95 to $75MM in ‘96 and $87MM in ‘97. Won a DUPONT Marketing Excellence Award in ’96 for launch of a specialty refrigerant. First job at DuPont – Improved manufacturing yields for an automotive resin from 63% to 95%
