K.O.C. consist of mainly Crude Oil gathering centres and gas booster stations. I got chance to work different plants occasionally.* Periodical and preventive maintenance of turbines ( Rustom, GE Speedtronicmark 3,5) Crude Oil desalters, gas seperators, heaters, Reboilers, conda Flaers, C.R.U. (Condensate Recovery unit) , Gas Coloums and Crude Oil Tanks * Knowledge in compressor anti surge control system. * Participate occasionally in the start up of the different plants * Take daily morning routine checking permit to check DCS status of the plants and instruments, inform the plant status to senior foreman &check the trends of the instruments from the DCS.* Tuning of the control loops .* DCS handled honey well TDC 3000 x, Rosemount Rs 300, Foxboro I/A.* PLC Handled Hima* Worked with fire and gas system. * Handled different types U.V detectors , flame rods, Heat detectors, Smoke detectors, and manual Call point.
