Worked in Olefins Plant Operations. I was one of the key players in successful re-commissioning of the Olefins plant in Eleme Petrochemicals Corporation Limited, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.Main Tasks Handled: Major role in Re-commissioning of Ethylene plant in Year 2006.  Deputed as the sole in-charge for Quench Tower chemical cleaning and packing replacement job in Feb. 2010 major turnaround. The job was safely completed well within the target period.Other Responsibilities:  Achieving production targets, production planning. Scrutinizing anomalies in plant operation and providing suggestions to the upper management to resolve them, thus increasing overall plant performance. Risk Assessments Studies Conduction, PHA revalidation (Operations representative), HAZOP Coordination, Chemicals inventory Control and ordering, Weekly Safety inspection, etc. SHE critical pipelines, trips, alarms, interlocks, analysers (etc) identification. Inspecting safety facilities, detecting existing/potential accident and health hazards.
