I am an experienced Human Capital Consulting professional with 24+ years of rich client-service experience in the areas of Learning and Talent Development. My key strength lies in my ability to put contemporary theoretical frameworks into practice. I currently serve as the leader for Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential (DLHP) for the Offices-of-US-in-India (USI). I also serve on the Talent Development Leadership Council for Deloitte USI. In my prior role, I led Talent Development for Deloitte Tax USI, the India-based Tax Compliance operations serving the US firm. I was responsible for the development of Technical, Industry, Professional, and Leadership capabilities for new hires and experienced professionals (across all levels from Staff to Senior Manager). I also led Talent Development for the Global Tax member firm countries that have a presence in USI. I have been an Instructional Design Practice Lead and have overseen more than 10,000 hours of learning content development (e-Learning, m-Learning, Live and Virtual Instructor-Led Training, and Simulations). I have been part of large-scale change management and learning initiatives in India, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
