I am an experienced Human Capital Consulting professional with 24+ years of rich client-service experience in the areas of Learning and Talent Development. My key strength lies in my ability to put contemporary theoretical frameworks into practice. I currently serve as the leader for Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential (DLHP) for the Offices-of-US-in-India (USI). I also serve on the Talent Development Leadership Council for Deloitte USI. In my prior role, I led Talent Development for Deloitte Tax USI, the India-based Tax Compliance operations serving the US firm.
