In this leadership role at Sleep Number, I have developed, customized, and launched Enterprise IT applications and solutions using SDLC/Agile processes. During my time as a Senior Program Analyst, large part of my work involved evaluating business partner needs to build and support Oracle ERP functions. I furthered key processes within multi-disciplinary areas such as shipping, finance, manufacturing, and human resources (HR). I also enhanced application and on-call support for three manufacturing plants and more than 500 home-delivery personnel.

I was able to hone several skills while working at Fujitsu Consulting, streamlining the full-scope software operation lifecycle for government, retail, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries. I served large-scale corporations such as Target, McDonald’s, Graco, McGraw-Hill, Honeywell, Qwest Communications, and USPS.
