> Leading the Regional Commercial department of 10 members including month end close; financial reporting on monthly, quarterly & annual basis; accounts payable; revenue recognition; fixed assets; cash flow forecasting and account reconciliations for a business of 600 Crs for the Zone.> Responsible for implementation of project cost controls, Internal Controls & reviews. > Responsible for Finalization of P&L & BS for the zone, Statutory & internal audit, Annual & monthly Budgeting, Cash flow, Import documentation, MIS, & Financial Control. > Responsible for settlement of contractual & non contractual claims in consultation with the customer as per the clauses of the contracts and mutual discussions.

> Leading the Finance & Commercial department of 17 members including month end close; financial reporting on monthly, quarterly & annual basis; accounts payable; revenue recognition; fixed assets; cash flow forecasting and account reconciliations for the Zone.> Identified as core member for the central audit team while centralising all audit activity at Head quarters. Responsible for all India statutory audit and limited reviews. During the course of service the main area of working was audit. Entrusted as individual capacity for Statutory, Internal, Concurrent, Tax, Recovery, Management, System and Investigation Audits. The profile also includes work related to Income Tax, Sales Tax and Excise. Some of the organizations wherein work has been performed are Western CoalFields Ltd., Hindustan Construction Co., Uniworth Textile Ltd., Visaka Textile Ltd., Reserve Bank of India, Noble Explo Chem. Ltd., Hindustan Levers Ltd. & other private limited companies.
