I have more than 20 years of progressive experience in the social development sector working on research and evaluation projects for national and international NGOs and government agencies with specific assignments in micro level planning exercises, baseline studies, end line & impact evaluations, joint appraisals and KAP studies. In addition to this, I also have program management experience, working on issues of Health, HIV/AIDS, Environment and sustainable livelihoods and sustainable agriculture. He has worked on large-scale technical assistance programs with government and private sector stakeholders including BMGF, UNICEF, UNIFEM and Govt of India contracted programs. He has worked with various corporate houses and provided them support with developing CSR policies and guidelines and various compliances under section 135 (VII) of The Companies ACT-2013. I have co-founded a non-profit: SHODH and a Social Enterprise with a brand name: Millets for Health.
