Roles & Responsibilities:1- Manage End to End Project Delivery- Understanding the Scope of the Project. (Effort estimates and Resource planning)- Resource allocation & Capacity Planning- Update and track Projects in Zoho Projects- Allocation of tasks based on the committed milestones in Zoho Projects.- Manage Support tickets and CRs.- Ensure the team is updating the timesheet on a daily basis.- Project Closure & Testimonial- Release capacity to onboard new projects.2. Project Management (Thorough understanding of the Delivery Methodology using agile project management and Scrum Methodology)- Lead and Manage Delivery Team- Backlog Grooming - Sprint Planning- Project closures based on FIFO (First in First Out) on a monthly basis- Monthly goal setting - Share the Billing Milestones and Project Closures- Conduct daily Stand-up Meeting- Retrospective meeting - Sprint wise and Follow up actions- Follow the Project Delivery Policy (Checklist).- Conduct Weekly Project Progress Meeting with Client- Manage Issues and prevent escalations- Status reporting to the Management3.
