Ensure Cost and Budgetary control over product costing. Authorization of IPO and LPO. Ensure that Insurance cover for the companies are adequate and claims, if any settled by them on time. Ensure that information /Statistics required by the ministries on time. Liaise with HOD of Finance & Accounts Depts., of all Group companies & Administrative Services Dept., to ensure smooth running of these departments.  Examine Costs & Expenses of the Group Companies, ensure adequate controls are in operation and report on variances. Support CEO in operational and strategic decision making. Ensure that Annual Accounts are submitted to the external auditors in accordance with IFRS and get them audited on time.  Lead/actively support cross functional cost saving /optimization, efficiency improvement, revenue / margin maximization and other company initiatives.
