 Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts Day to Day Entries in Tally and Adjustment of Final Accounts via: -Sale, Purchases, Payment, Receipt, Contra, Journal etc. and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.(as per Income Tax, Services Tax, GST, TDS/TCS, CST, DVAT, Excise etc.) Preparing monthly performance report, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statement of Individual Factories. Doing bank reconciliation statement and all works related to banks transactions. Doing reconciliation of Accounts Receivables and Payables. Co-ordinate with auditors in related area. Reconciliation of TDS Receivable Certificates (Form 16A) with Form 26AS and Follow up if any difference. Filling of Income Tax Returns, Income Tax and Advance tax estimation and Challan deposit as per Tax Law. Monthly reconciliation of TDS due and Challan deposit as per Tax Laws. (electronically/manually) Filling of quarterly Original and Revised/Correction TDS& TCS Returns on-line. Issue of Quarterly/annual TDS/TCS certificates (Form 16A, 16 & 27D) Preparation of proper accounting for Service Tax and maintenance of proper records. Filling of Service Tax Return and Service Tax Challan Deposits as per Tax Laws. Preparing the details for Income Tax, Services Tax and TDS/TCS Scrutiny by the concerned authorities. Filling of DVAT & CST Return & Correction, Challan deposit, & C,F Form issue Preparation of Budgeting Reports.  Handling of daily Patty Cash.  Treasury Management i.e. Fund Transfer, RTGS & NEFT. All relevant statements required by management from time to time.
