 Operation of chemical processes involving Esterification, Ethoxylation, Extraction, Separation, Solvent Recovery, Continuous Vacuum Distillation and Atmospheric Distillation for production of specialty chemical Maintaining and monitoring process parameters, Batch Planning, Technical troubleshooting, material balance, pump operations, data recording and carry out production activity by standard operating procedures. DCS Panel Operation (Yokogawa) and Plant scale up Process from lab scale to plant scale. Undertake production, motivate production team and achieve productivity and quality targets. To check raw material and utility consumption on the basis of daily raw material consumption reports. To check any modification, field change order in order to improve productivity and performance. Preparation of daily production and utility consumption report. Knowledge of PFD, P&ID’s & Data sheets of the Equipment’s. Adept in handling start-up and shutdowns of plants. Analysing and studying with respect to efficiency improvement of process. Co-ordination of feasibility studies/HAZOP.
