Do Account Reconciliation of all the Customers and keep record of it, visits to Customers for collection and Understand and resolve issues/queries raised by Customer, with help of PISPL Operation & Accounts term and Alcon FF Escalate pending issue to reporting superior.Update collection tracker on daily basis for the Customer followed up and update the green channel remarks as and when required, Preparation MIS report as and when required, Adhere Company’s policy & SOP

Preparation of Sales Bill, Liaison with customer and follow up for new order.Preparation of Sale Tax Case & Knowledge of TDS, VAT, Service tax, Reconciliation of Bank Statement, preparations of documents for cash credit O. D, Preparation of the all type voucher like payment, receipt, bank, journal entries in Tally and maintain petty cash in imparts account. Time to time Sundry Debtors & Sundry Creditors reconciliation,
