Responsibilities:Inbound: Planning container off loading date and place as per given list of planning team.  Prepare documents before off loading the stocks. Manage people to off load the stocks from the Container. Quality inspection before the Stock off load from the container –temperature wise. Inspection segregation and palletised stocks and check good handling sheet. Data inter in the system. Monitor – stocks goes proper location. Prepare stocks for Municipality inspection (Food stocks) Prepare Dubai municipality samples and prepare concern documents. Inform customer service and higher management the stocks are ready to sell. Logistics: Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management. Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements. Lead training, hiring, career development and enrichment of all department associates. Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining inventory by sku along with lot date at 3PL warehouse locations. Analyse and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping cost. Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages. Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies. Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management. Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals. Outbound: Lead Delivery Team and divide work according to work pressure. Ensure picked all orders according to Customer and pack well. Monitor the Delivery team to pick correct stocks from the store. Monitor the packing and loading correct temperature. Before load the stocks inspect the vehicle and ensure vehicle is good condition to load stocks on proper temperature.

 As per Customer’s order, release Wave and inform to respective Warehouse for further process and inform to Customer through mail or phone call. Any customers query, information and tracking information provide to customer as soon as possible. If any discrepancy found, immediately take action and solve. Encourage people to receive correct and without any error. Re-documentation immediately those material which has missed document while receive.  Monitoring the Monthly cycle counts pertaining to NSNs and Locations surveys as per compliance requirements. Coordinate and supports the in daily operations.  Monitors and controls the Metrics by allocating warehouse team in various activities like Receiving, Put away, picking, sorting and dispatching using various WMS Reports Ensuring Inventory Management and Quality Environment as per Client and ISO requirements.  Review and checks the inventory reports regularly to maintain good inventory. Monitoring and ensuring 100% accuracy while picking, sorting and packing of materials by Warehouse team.  Timely preparation of reports distributed and archived. Monitor warehouse stock checks including picking / shipping Reviews the KPI’s and verify its summary. Regulating data updated on the system is accurate. Coordinates with the Warehouse Quality Controllers on matters of system and operational anomalies and stock replenishments Monitors PPP&M issues in Work enters and ensures the same is done and recorded. Ensures sample checks are carried out on received materials for quantity verifications.  Ensures new stocks are properly moved to Yard/ Warehouse/ Stores Storage locations Identifying materials under storage which requires COSIS.  Ensures optimum space utilizations in Warehouses (Aisle to Bin or vice versa). Ensures Quality check done by QC’s on quality of Packing, marking and labelling is done correctly. Updating and Maintaining Warehouse Assets record. Leads the internal inven
