Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).Maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP farvison Software.Maintain store stock register & Assets stock register.Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.To check the Physical stock time to time.Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue & maintaining the various levels of stock. Review of Store function (DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis.Overall responsibility for all Store, Receipt, Issued, and Dispatch & Purchase functions.Making Purchase requisition (Indent) according to Consultants requirment.Clearing the Purchase bill timely and forward to respective departments.Material should be keep by proper tagging i.e. ABC Analysis.Maintain all specific records register or stock ledger i.e. inward/outward, receive & issue, consumption/non consumption and balance stock ledger etc.
