•Part of local management team to provide IT plans, projects and technical feasibility.•Ensuring successful implementation/roll out of IT policies, plans, projects etc. in the circle.•A very close interactions with R & D, Operations team of ISD, Delhi for successful operationalisation of all new/enhancements in products/services •Ensuring a systematic and process oriented approach for control of operations with audits trails such as log books etc. & ensure documentation of all processes•Meetings/interactions with internal customers like Sales & Marketing. Customer Services, CMG etc. on regular/ad-hoc basis to understand their needs and delivering the goods as per laid down SLAs.•Facilitate CMG & Collection by ensuring timely billing & printing of each cycle bills.•To understand the business needs on growth & projections and do the right capacity planning & implementation for enhancements/upgradation of hardware/software etc. •Close liaison with all hardware & software vendors for smooth running of applications etc. & ensuring that all vendors meet defined SLAs effectively•Responsible for providing MIS/reports/data for various businesses needs locally and with support from central team in Delhi (North HUB).
