About Raajendra Subbaa

Rajendra Subba is an experienced and trained peace practitioner. Driven by a strong passion for peace work, he has been working in the field of peacebuilding since 2009. He treasures experiences predominantly from the conflict transformation and peacebuilding work he led during his assignment with UNOPS, UNDP, GIZ, and the Ministry of Peace and Reconstruction Nepal.Having worked for 13 years in the field of peacebuilding, he has mastered skills in gender and conflict-sensitive conflict analysis and providing technical advice on designing peacebuilding, conflict prevention and transformation programs and mainstreaming gender and conflict sensitivity into research, analysis, programs, and institutional practices. His experience and track record of strengthening conflict prevention and transformation capacities of government and civil society actors active at all levels speak of his capability to support the capacity-building of national and local mechanisms for conflict prevention and transformation.
