Engineer in plumbing, Sanitary & Drainage system

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES• To Supervision and Coordination of M&E works at the project site• To carry out drawing, work scheduling and materials delivery controls• To prepare structural penetration shop drawings for approval• To liaise and coordinate with the main contractor, subcontractor and authorities.• To attend progress meetings with M&E main contactors and Civil teams• Execute site work, site planning, and site inspection• Ensure & check the M&E coordination drawing to execute the installation on site prior• Ensure & check the pipe installation space suitable for maintenance.• To prepare Requests for inspection forms for installation service and testing & coordinate with RTO and M&E main contactor at inspection• Ensure & check any obstruction on site & coordinate with M&E, Civil and main contactor to solve the issue• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and regulations when carrying out work.• Review and monitor site construction activity program to ensure work is completed as per schedule.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Review construction & As built drawings• Traceability and identification such as hot stamping, colour coding based on material traceability record (MTR) and preparation of attestation report • Inspection involving piping/welding inspection, welder qualification test, procedure, qualification test and performed weld inspection of production joints• Support Senior management in technical & project meeting with clients. Preparation of specifications based on contract document for construction projects.
