Rajendra Utturkar is an author and a professional Chemical Engineer with over four decades of experience in the chemical process industry. He is also a Sustainable Business Growth Coach, an Engineering Coach, and the SEPLO Institute of Training and Research CEO. Under his leadership, Process System Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd. (PSE) acquired credentials for driving the business in oil & gas, petrochemicals, and chemicals through design and engineering consultancy services. He has created a unique quality management system, SRQM©, that enabled PSE to achieve its quality objectives while delivering its design and engineering service. It is the only quality system in India to get copyrighted for carrying out design & engineering. Rajendra has introduced several novel concepts in his designs and engineering, to name a few: Group engineering, Operator Centric Ergonomic Design, Process-System Integration, Intrinsic Safeguarding, and T-PIE system. Rajendra is on a mission to help the process plant facility owners and management teams for Safe & Efficient Plant Operations, Alleviating the environment and earning extra profits.
