Al Zour Refinery project, Kuwait- ZOR/EPC-5 (Subsea Pipelaying and Onshore)Lead subsea Field engineer for the shore pull and subsea pipe laying, piggybacked subsea power/communication cable laying, umbilical’s, risers, and installation of sleepers and structures (Boat landing, riser protectors, and Helideck)Contractor representative on board VMGL's pipelay cum construction barge DLB 1600 and Van Oord's pipelay cum construction barge Stingray. (Shore pull and Installation of 4 nos. x 30” offshore pipeline & 1 no. x 10” offshore pipeline (17.5 Km) from shore to Sea Island).• Preparation/review of procedures, drawings, and reporting discrepancies, errors, and omissions with respect to the information required to perform the work.•Pre-construction survey including offshore survey (as laid &As built Audio video) and positioning.• Recommend changes in the technical details and drawings to generate safer and better installation procedures with due regard to safety.• Planning and execution of offshore operations & mobilization/demobilization activities.• Preparing the list of project materials including installation aids, consumables and liaise with procurement for ordering and inspection ensuring timely delivery at site.• Maintaining checklists for all activities, items, and spares required for operations.• Developing loadout and sea fastening plans for the transportation of materials/ structures to the offshore site that facilitates safe and timely installation.• Liaise with the Customer representative, various subcontractor representatives, Barge superintendent at the offshore site, and with the Operations Engineer.• Managing pre-commissioning activities like pipeline flooding, cleaning, gauging, caliper pigging, and hydro testing.•generating and completion of ITR and Mechanical walk down• Conducting/Inspecting site integration test (SIT) and attending FATs at vendor works.• Preparing Post-Job Reports / collating as-built documentation and records.

Al Zour Refinery Project Package EPC#05 (Sea Island and Topside), Kuwait• Responsible for the multi-discipline engineering management and construction works of the topside (piping/ structural/ mechanical/ civil) discipline for the large liquid export terminal project at offshore referred to as Sea Island.• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, lead engineers/task force groups to ensure on-time work activities and implementation of project control procedures.• Ensure implementation of project engineering practices, design details, international codes and standards, quality procedures, project scheduling and costs• Provide support on HSE and Quality needs. Be involved as required in HAZID studies & Task Risk Assessments (TRA’s) of tasks detailed in the procedures.• Prepare or Review piping / structural/ mechanical; technical documents including engineering drawings, method statements, project procedures, design change notices, engineering queries, vendor drawings, and erection/installation procedure.• Assist in the preparation of the installation of major equipment such as loading arms, compressors, diesel generators, centrifugal pumps, pedestal cranes, Access gangway towers, water filters, vent stack, separators, liquid KO drum, Liquid ring vacuum pumps, pig receivers, metering skids, diesel and overhead drain tanks, nitrogen receivers, chilled water package, a fire-fighting system in terms of site readiness, technical details, material availability and engineering analysis to ensure structural/operational integrity.• Assisting in compilation of as-built material and recording any contractual variations during the project to support commercial claims disputed upon completion of the project.• Managing direct reports and liaising directly with clients and subcontractors.• Assist Hydrotest/ pre-commissioning team in completion of testing and handover works.• Facilitate mechanical completion of the subsystem and system for overall turnover.

My major two Projects are involved in Mumbai high north Redevelopment projects. It includes Installation of several new Unman platforms, existing Platforms Revamping, and subsea pipe laying also.... Mainly my role engaged with Installation, erection of various piping systems Structures, Mechanical Equipment‟ s, pumps, vessels, vent boom, Mpvs, deck extensions, crane replacements, installation of helideck walkway, boat landing replacement, fender installation, and riser guard installation and erection hydro testing, pre-commissioning of various piping systems.Assist Installation Manager to solve the Installation related issues & Field Engineering.
