1) Salesforce developer in the Lead to Cash team which provided end to end Customer Relationship Management solutions and sales automation. 2) Developed a Quote to Order system following behavior-test driven development and agile methodology on the Force.com platform. The level of automation resulted in a 30% decrease in time taken to process orders.3) Implemented key features such as Revenue Alignment, Pricing and Straight Through Processing which were critical in incorporating changes pertaining to the revenue model of Akamai using Java and JavaScript.4) Developed a self-service portal called Marketplace 3.0 which enabled users to purchase products of Akamai on a trial basis without the assistance of a sales rep using Java REST API and SOAP Web Services.5) Spearheaded the Android connected app project on the Salesforce Lightning Platform to enable quick capture feature for partner account executives. Implemented OAuth Authentication for login and used Salesforce REST API to implement features such as push notifications and salesforce chatter to track orders and improve interactions among sales reps6) Designed and built interactive and dynamic dashboards using Salesforce Wave Analytics tool and SOQL. Features such as tab rotation, display filter values, and various chart options allowed users to effectively visualize sales data.7) Created a product recommender system using Apache Spark. Used PySpark and Spark’s MLlib to work with Sales data queried from a Cassandra database. Used spark streaming to write newly generated sales data into the database. 8) Built an interface for the DevOps team to simplify the logistics involved in performing Manual Steps in production and QA environments using Java, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. The project was awarded first place in the CIO Hackathon.
