Responsible for production planning, RM planning & procurement activities WRT to Peenya plant for all value streams.▪ Capacity planning based on the demand projection and rolling forecast.▪ Coordinate and communicate detailed production plan & raw materials Plan to production team.▪ Responsible for launching new product across depots and taking follow up on response from the market for further launch.▪ Analyze and measure the current production status and identify problem area.▪ Develop concepts for shorter lead-time & increased flexibility.▪ Coordinate with RM suppliers to make sure that raw materials should be delivered on time WRT to requirement.▪ Identify and take corrective actions to materials plans that do not meet customer requirements.▪ Developing actions plans to clear available nonmoving or slow moving RM and SFG.▪ Monitor supply and demand misalignment with manufacturing sources and implement corrective action plans.▪ Analyze data to determine opportunities to improve Inventory turns.▪ Improve Delivery Precisions and thereby reducing Order to Delivery Lead Time.▪ Maintaining various departmental KPI’s as per target set by management.

▪ Develop the Finished goods MSI and inventory levels for each plant in CWH, based on the past consumption, demand projection and rolling forecast.▪ Release the Daily production plan with respect to MSI level set in CWH along with on demand, online, retail orders.▪ Receive the daily report from production engineers, flag any non-compliance with the production planning In-charge.▪ Review the daily report, in case of any issues discuss with the production engineer/s and get update regarding the same. Provide support in resolving any issues in the implementation of the Daily MSI Plan.▪ Create and check the OTIF performance from Plant to CWH on Daily basis with respect Daily MSI plan.▪ Communicate with the RM planning engineers regarding any shortages, planned excess production, planned shut-down etc.▪ Communicate with the dispatch planning engineers regarding the planned production for shortage SKUs. Also discuss the trends of consumption of different SKUs and the deviation between the planned vs. actual consumption.▪ Monitor the CW stock and view the trends in consumption. Update the production engineer regarding any realignment of capacities needed.▪ Monitor the SFG stock also and ensure that the stock is within the set limits.

▪ Develop the Raw materials ordering strategies and inventory levels for the plants based on the past consumption, projected Finish Goods demand and season transition plans.▪ Consolidation of Raw Materials requirements based on stock level and ordering strategies on weekly basis at the plant for the products considered and create weekly materials requirement plan.▪ Release of Purchase orders to suppliers based on the weekly material requirement Plan.▪ Follow -up with the suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials at the plant.▪ Review of the purchase demand and the inventory levels defined for the raw materials based on rolling forecast and plans the season transition for input material.▪ Compliance with material planning process.▪ Monitoring of required inventory levels at the Raw material stores and therefore ensuring no-stock outs at the plants.
