IT leadership position in the Global Data Network Systems supporting the logical suite of application development to inventory, manage and activate all the Verizon layer 2 and layer 3 networks.Major Accomplishments include• Served as the IT software development manager for 3 of the most important mission critical global Verizon Data / Voice network logical provisioning applications for over 7+ years. These applications cater to over 3000+ users spanning all regions of the globe• Successfully lead and implemented a multi-year Public IP Layer 2 / 3 logical provisioning automation project which resulted in improving the provisioning automation to improve from 0% - 90% and resulted in a bottom line savings of $3.4M over 3 years• Successfully planned and executed over 250+ projects over the last 7+ years in the capacity as the IT development manager. Recent programs over the last 3 years resulted in $467.3M in new revenues, $943.8M in retained revenues and $216.6M in cost avoidance• Successfully contributed to the Self Service – “Provisioning on Demand” portal which has achieved 97% success rate for customers modifying the Private IP service and the usage in 2010 / 2011 increased by 2000% YTY• Successfully lead and implemented 3 complex System Consolidation programs which involved consolidating legacy WorldCom, former GNS and legacy UUNET systems into the target Verizon mission critical systems. Resulted in an estimated cost savings of $20M over 3 years as a result of data consolidation and business process redesign• Successfully built a global IT software development team in Argentina and India.
