1)Process student requests for subject amendments, making updates to systems and student records.2)Answer and case manage enquiries escalated from the frontline service centre.3)Work with other staff within the team and across the college to solve administrative problems for students.4)Create documents, student ID cards, and letters for students.5)Maintaining accurate subject and course data across ACIC core systems.6)Provide general administrative support to the wider Student Operations Unit during peaks.7)Support student activities and events such as graduation ceremonies, orientation, and enrolments.

-Provide support to the Student Services and Accounts Department, for the management of all student and staff administrative needs.- Ensure student requests and inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.- Follow up and liaise with students in relation to their studies or any outstanding administrative issues.- Maintain student records in accordance with college policies and procedures and student management system operating guides.- Assist in conducting the regular college orientation sessions.- Provide assistance and support in monitoring student attendance and course progress as per policy and procedures.- Liaise with other departments within the organization and agents as required.- Assist with other general duties as part of a team, undertaking one-off or scheduled administrative projects.

-Making sure the customer's online orders are delivered according to their needs.-Ensuring online shoppers' experience is enhanced positively.

-Providing effective Customer Service.

-Planning and Executing Marketing events in the regional Outlets.-Supervising Team Members and ensuring Project targets are met through Team Work.-Handling Customer complaints and Providing appropriate solutions for dealer/ Partner's end.-Preparing Respective Post Event Reports.

-Setting sales goals and developing Strategies-Handling Customer questions, inquiries, and Complaints.-Participating in sales teams Meetings.-Preparing and Sending quotes and Proposals.
