I have served so far in five UN Peacekeeping Missions. I started my career as Commissioned Military Officer and retired as a Lt Colonel from the Indian Army in July 2007. During my Army Career I qualified as an Instructor in various fields like Mechanical Transport, Physical Training, NBC Warfare, Weapons and Tactics, passed Defense Services Staff College and was an Instructor in the Indian Military Academy. I was a UN Military Observer from July 2005 to July 2006 working in Logistics Operations in MSC in MONUC. Joined MONUC in July 2007 as a P-3 Logistics Officer and appointed the Chief of Operations in MSC. In April 2008 was selected as Administrative and Logistics Officer in the O/CISS MONUC and the Asst CMS MINURCAT (Chad) on TDY. Selected as Chief JLOC of MINURCAT at P4 level from Nov 2009 to Nov 2010 and actively contributed to the drawdown planning and commencement of the Mission draw-down. Was selected by MINUSTAH as Chief JLOC in Nov 2010 was on SPA to P-5 from Jan 2011 onward. In Feb 2012, I was recruited as Chief of Mission Support Center of MONUSCO at P-5 level and was given the additional responsibility of OIC Integrated Support Services/Service Delivery from 03 December 2014 till 16 December 2016. From 17 December 2016 till 19 December 2023, I performed the functions of Chief Service Delivery of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA). From 20 December 2023 onwards, I am performing the functions of Chief Service Delivery Management in the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
