My life & work experiences have inculcated in me the right attitude, skills, and passion to out-perform in extreme situations, owing to my calmness and patience. My First work experience with Godrej in the field of production & projects helped me in tackling the unknown. I learnt to take on difficult tasks, and with the help of my colleagues, also learnt the importance of teamwork. Furthermore, it gave me exposure to working with the ground-level team as well as the senior management which enabled me to get work done before time. It developed in me, a passion for excellence, in the domain of operations and I was able to continuously identify new solutions, to improve efficiency and productivity.Further to boost my career, I pursued an MBA in Operations, Finance & Marketing from IIM Trichy, which helped me in developing a holistic view of the business. I joined an MT at OfBusiness was given the responsibility to develop a region from scratch to a fully functional operation. Thereby promoted to regional head Ops and KAM in (6 months). Grew the team from 1 to 5 and took on added responsibilities of south Gujarat, Goa and northern Karnataka along with Maharashtra. Developing strategic tie-ups with vendors, logisticians, and end-users helped me understand the pain points of each stakeholder and address them with mutually beneficial solutions, thereby increasing stakeholders’ satisfaction level. Grew fulfilment revenue from 0 to 15 Cr in 12 months and margin yield by 200% by strategic tie-ups and new vendors. At OfBusiness, I learned to manage different stakeholders both internal and external for various kinds of problems and made sure that they were solved in the least amount of time.My experience of working with a profitable start-up and a well-established organization brings in my aggression & energy to drive growth and my calmness & maturity to aid in sustaining that growth.
