o Processing the Mortgage Loans at Registration stage, review all Loans taken by the consumers.o Point of Sale (POS) Certification involves audit of loans originated by the sales team to ensure completeness of the loan application.o Reviewing the full application on sales perceptive and inspecting that the application was taken as per pre-defined guidelines of CitiMortgage, Inc and also following the respective checklist given for different channel of loans reviewed.o Validate the findings and conditions generated by the automated underwriting system and add additional conditions depending on the documentations required to fulfill various process requirements decision the loan by scoring (AUS submission) according to Fannie Mae guidelines for Credit & Income Approval.
